The proceedings are published by Springer as part of a well-recognized book series and are indexed in major international databases, including Scopus, Google Scholar, and SpringerLink. This ensures that accepted contributions will gain wide visibility, academic recognition, and long-term accessibility within the global research community.

The conference accepts papers in both English and Arabic. Papers written in Arabic will be published in the EuroMid Proceedings Series, which is assigned both an ISSN and an ISBN.
